Germany Economy

Hey guys,
I would like to share with you an article in The New York Times. It talks about the economy in Germany. According to this article, the German Prime Minister, Angela Merkel, is promoting a economy packege to help business and boost economy through a reduction in taxes. This is very unusual for Gemans. They are seen in Eurepe as the model of traditional conservatism when it comes to talk about economics. They, always, have privileged savings and higher taxes when there exists a deficil in the government budget. This time, the government is traying to do something similiar to what U.S. did for its economy a year ago. There are many Germans that are not confortable with this idea; however, its interesting to see how the currents crisis is pushing governments to think on non-traditional ways to solve the world economic crisis.

Also, I would like to say thank you! to all of you for reading and comment my posts. I think this has been a great opportunity to learn something new (in my case) and I hope all of us can use and take advantage of this internet tool that can improve future businesses. Good luck to everyone.
